If you decide to book one of Atlas'
interpreters we would appreciate further information about the
subject of the meeting such as technical information, press releases,
and any documents that could help the interpreter prepare for
the meeting. If a contract is to be discussed, it would be helpful
for the interpreter to have a copy of this before the meeting.
Please note that if an interpreter is booked and the assignment
is subsequently cancelled, for whatever reason, we do have to
charge a cancellation fee because our interpreters will have
turned down other work in order to be available for your assignment.
