We would appreciate further information

press releases, case information and any documents that could
help the interpreter prepare for the meeting. If a contract is
to be discussed, it would be helpful for the interpreter to have
a copy of this before the meeting.
Please note that if an interpreter is booked and the assignment
is subsequently cancelled, for whatever reason, we do have to
charge a cancellation fee because our interpreter will have
turned down other work in order to be available for your assignment.
