If our customers aren’t satisfied, we may as well not exist. Atlas Translations have been around since 1991 and we know we have lots of happy clients – and we know because we ask them.
We check back after any job is completed – and we also send regular client surveys so even the smallest niggle can be raised and logged for future improvement. We make feedback very easy, sending a traffic light email enabling clients to just click the colour representing their experience, and add a comment if they wish. In our last year, 129 clients who responded, reported a 95% happiness factor. Queries were raised about a pricing structure and an item which was lost in the post, which we responded to and updated our processes accordingly.
