VRI is not suitable for all occasions. While over-the-phone interpretation and video remote interpreting offer a fast response when urgent or unexpected language barriers comes up, our face to face interpreting service can be a more appropriate solution for longer appointments that are planned in advance, when issues are complex and time-consuming. Sometimes speakers feel uncomfortable using the phone or computer, and just prefer an interpreter on site.
