We are a small but busy team working out of our office in St Albans, UK. We have part-time staff and encourage flexible working.
We offer childcare vouchers, NEST pension, bottomless tea and coffee, paid holiday and bank holidays. We do not require any overtime and believe in a good work/other life balance. We operate a monthly bonus scheme based on office turnover, another bonus base on individual projects, and a quarterly bonus for the highest performing project manager. We like cake and one will usually appear for a birthday or other legitimate excuse.
If you want to find out about us, this website, our blogs and social media are great places to start. We are active members of our local business community and we’ll talk to anyone about translation and the language business. You might meet us at an exhibition, at a careers fair, talking at a university careers evening or at the Language Show. Suppliers can sign up to attend our suppliers lunch which we hold twice a year (free event, anyone can attend, even if you have not worked with us yet).
