Atlas Translations hit 10,000 LinkedIn followers!

We are happy to share another milestone for the Atlas team. This week we reached 10,000 followers on LinkedIn!

Atlas Translations’ Director won Business Woman of the Year

We celebrated our director Clare Suttie winning Business Woman of the Year at the SME London Business Awards.

New important membership

Atlas Translations became a member of the Patient Information Forum (PIF) which helps us to demonstrate our commitment to providing safe and equitable information for our clients who require health-focused services. You can read more about our PIF membership here.

Catching up with translators

After missing out on a few of our bi-annual Supplier Open Days due to the Covid-19 pandemic, in September 2022 we finally managed to organise a meeting with translators. The first Supplier Open Day since the lockdowns was a success with plenty of sunshine!

ITI Conference in Brighton

In May 2022, Clare and Charlie attended the ITI conference where they gave a presentation titled ‘Don’t Be A Dinosaur: Is the old approach to winning clients becoming extinct?’.

The Living Wage Foundation has a mission to encourage employers to play their part in tackling in-work and post-work poverty and provide a decent standard of living by paying the real Living Wage, adopting Living Hours and Living Pensions as well as wider good employment practices.

4-day week

Proudly a 4-Day Week Employer since 2019. Amongst other items, the 4-Day Week initiative calls for a reduction to the maximum working week from 48 hours per week to 32 hours per week by 2030.

PIF

We’re a proud member of the Patient Information Forum (PIF), a membership organisation for anyone producing health information and support. PIF promote access to trusted, evidence-based health information for patients, carers, the public and healthcare professionals.

The Fair Payment Code (FPC) sets standards for best payment practices and is administered by the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade (DBT). The Gold Award is awarded to those paying at least 95% of all invoices within 30 days.
