Interpreter Feedback

Lovely comments from a lovely client!

We are always thrilled to get positive feedback from our clients, so it made our day to receive this email to Gabi recently:

My directors were extremely impressed with the interpreting on Wednesday, especially as the interpreter could very easily translate conversations simultaneously as each person was speaking. The interpreter was both professional and personable, which is something very important to us when we use an interpreter for a full day across both formal and informal settings. Thanks to both yourself and the interpreter’s professionalism and help throughout the whole process, we would highly recommend Atlas translations to others in the future.

But seriously, they were a great client to work with – because they booked the interpreter well in advance, and provided lots of background information about the assignment to help the interpreter to prepare. Sounds simple, but all too often, bookings are made at the last minute and the interpreter can turn up with only the vaguest of ideas who they will be interpreting for, and what subject areas they will be expected to cover.
